1. Fee Changes

WarmUpSMTP reserves the right to modify fees at any time. Changes to our pricing will be updated on our Website and/or communicated via email.

2. Account Cancellation

If any user violates the terms of service, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without issuing any refund.

3. Payment Processing

If we are unable to process your credit card payment, we will attempt to contact you via email. Your account usage will be suspended until payment is successfully processed.

4. Responsibility for Sent Emails

You are responsible for all emails sent through your account, regardless of delivery issues caused by third-party services such as ISP blocks, recipient servers, or spam filters.

5. Email Credit Policy

For all email plans (including reseller and super reseller plans), email credits will roll over and not expire. However, if you do not log in to your account for more than 2 months, your account, along with all campaigns, lists, and stored data, may be permanently deleted.

6. Performance Disclaimer

WarmUpSMTP does not guarantee email open rates, click-through rates, or other engagement metrics. These depend heavily on your email database quality and the content you send.

7. Refund Policy for Discounted/Offer Plans

No refunds will be issued for discounted or promotional plans.

8. 2-Day Limited Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a refund within 2 days of placing your order.
